It’s a sure sign that spring isn’t far away when the Buffalo Bill Center of the West moves to its daily spring schedule.
On Thursday, March 1, the Center of the West adopts its spring schedule—open daily, 10 a.m. – 5 p.m. The change in hours is in effect until May 1 when the Center’s summer schedule goes into effect, open daily 8 a.m. – 6 p.m.
The Center encourages readers to stay abreast of all the Center’s happening on its website, centerofthewest.org, or through its social media pages including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and Google+. On its website, one can access the Center’s events calendar, review news releases, and create virtual galleries within the online collection, as well as, learn about the Center’s history.
Two special exhibitions are scheduled to open in June: Albert Bierstadt: Witness to a Changing West, and Monarch of the Skies: The Golden Eagle in Greater Yellowstone and the American West. Watch for all the details.
