Winter Sports

This was an important early Sharp acquisition for Gilcrease. The Blue Door Gallery in Taos was operated by Margaret Berg and her husband. After Gilcrease bought this work from Berg, he met Sharp. Subsequently, Berg helped Sharp select over 75 works for the Oklahoma patron to consider. (see Porter, 1999, 177)
