Strikes His Enemy Pretty: [Untitled (Plains man, green blanket, profile]

Although the sitter of this portrait is unidentified in the museum's records, it is definitely a Crow man named Strikes His Enemy Pretty, one of Sharp's favorite models.  There are many surviving portraits of him, the closest of which is # 492 in the Gilcrease Museum collection  in which the sitter wears the same red shirt and blue earing.
