Join Exclusive Tours staff August 4 at 6 p.m. to explore the hidden histories of red light districts across the American West. Learn about the madams, saloon owners, dancers, and more who would change the course of the American West through their wickedness and funny business.

During this premium 2-hour event, Siriana Lundgren, PhD candidate and the 2023 Exclusive Tours Intern, shares facts, stories, and tidbits from her dissertation on Western Red Light Districts. Discover the darker sides of western boom towns and the hidden communities that defied the odds (and society’s rules) to make their mark on the American West.

History comes alive through the artifacts and activities featured during this Tours & Toddies. Participants will have the opportunity to team up with other attendees to play a game where you take on a historical character and work to build a community together while facing the challenges of historical red light districts across Montana, Nevada, and South Dakota.

Following the tour, the group returns to our Exclusive Tours Depot for Q&A, custom charcuterie, and adult beverages. Guests will get to commemorate this unique history with the special desserts and themed cocktails.
