Pop! Goes the West was a special exhibition that combined the modern style and bright colors of Pop Art with western subject matter. Pop Art silkscreens of Andy Warhol’s Cowboys and Indians series highlighted the idea of celebrity, while other artists had fun using western stereotypes in creative ways.
