Twilight?; [Twilight in the Mountains]

Given the velvety quality of forms in this landscape, it seems to coincide with other works from the late 1920s.  Sharp's major painting for the year 1928, Singers of the Night - Taos Pueblo (#62) captured the same ephemeral nuances as does this elegant work. Perhaps they are related. In Sharp's annual exhibition in 1928 he presented a work titled simply Twilight, which may be this canvas.
