Year-Round Positions
PR/Marketing Manager
This individual will spearhead the organization’s transition to a next-generation strategic platform and mission to cultivate the enduring spirit of the American West. He or she will articulate the Center’s evolving purpose, philosophy, and initiatives through a coordinated mix of communication tactics and can articulately act as Center representative with the public and the media and, specifically, to potential clients, employees, Board volunteers, and donors.
Assistant Registrar for Collections
The Buffalo Bill Center of the West seeks an Assistant Registrar for Collections to support the care, documentation, movement, and management of collection objects and loans. The position oversees cataloging, inventories, emergency preparedness, data management, and object handling while ensuring adherence to museum standards, collections policies, and best practices.
Resident Fellowships
The Buffalo Bill Center of the West offers a limited number of resident fellowships each year for scholars doing original research that advance knowledge, understanding, and passion about the extraordinary cultural and natural heritage of the American West and its timeless and global relevance. The Center is currently between cycles for Resident Fellowships.
