Nothing tastes better than campfire cooking! So, dust off your Dutch ovens and learn how to create delicious food from our seasoned chuckwagon cooks, Rich Herman and Ron Reed.
Participants will cook a meal over an open fire using Dutch ovens and charcoal. All food and supplies are provided.

• 9 a.m. — Learn to season your cast iron and prepare for cooking
• 9:30 – 12:30 p.m. — Prepare and cook a menu of apricot-peach pork chops, grilled asparagus, and blackberry cobbler
• 12:30 – 1 p .m. — Enjoy your feast!
