Early Moonlight on the Little Horn, Montana

In 1923, reportedly the last year Sharp returned to Montana and the Crow Agency, he presented at least two versions of a moonlight scene along the Little Big Horn River at Traxel's Art Galleries . The Cincinnati Art Museum owns one of these scenes, #269. This watercolor must have been created at the same time.
