Strikes His Enemy Pretty

Strikes His Enemy Pretty, also known as Stone, was one of Sharp's favorite Crow models in the artist's early years at Crow Agency.  Often this model was dressed in the regalia of a chief, adorned with a full feather bonnet (see #13), but Sharp also treasured poses that pictured Stone in his daily attire. Examples of other versions of Stone in his daily garments can be seen in related images, #s 262 and 734.
