Strikes His Enemy Pretty - Crow; [Strikes His Enemy Pretty]

This is perhaps the strongest of the many portraits of Sharp's devoted Crow model, Strikes His Enemy Pretty. It is thought to have been a version of this sitter displayed in 1906 at his exhibition in New York's Fishel, Adler & Schwartz Gallery and titled Strikes His Enemy Pretty - Crow.

For a full description of the various similar portraits, see entry #292.
