Yellowstone Bison: Return of the Last Wild Herd is a compelling new catalogue from Yellowstone Forever that explores the history, ecology, and remarkable recovery of Yellowstone National Park’s bison herd. A special edition created in celebration of the Center of the West’s Buffalo Nation exhibition features a prologue by Arthur Middleton, Tucker Russell, and Kristin Barker of the Beyond Yellowstone Living Lab.
Available at the Center’s Points West Market in-store and online, the special edition highlights the significance of bison recovery on the Wind River Indian Reservation and across other sovereign Tribal lands.
Join Yellowstone Bison contributors Chris Geremia, and Tom Murphy for an engaging conversation about bison, conservation, and the enduring connections between these iconic animals and the landscapes they call home. Hear from three experts in their fields as they share their knowledge, experiences, and personal connections to bison in Yellowstone and beyond. The discussion will include plenty of time for Q&A.
Following the Author Talk, don’t miss this special opportunity to purchase a signed copy of the special edition catalogue—a meaningful keepsake for anyone interested in bison, Yellowstone, conservation, and the American West.
