The Broken Bow, Father and Son

This painting was exhibited in 1912 in Cincinnati's University Club's one-man show, An Exhibition of the West. Three years later, Sharp made a list of the five paintings he sent to San Diego for display at the Panama-California Exposition  in 1915.  Included on that list is a painting titled The Broken Bow measuring , according to him, 40 x 50 in.  (Sharp Papers)  Sharp was often cavalier about his measurements.
