On February 26, 1846, Mary Cody gave birth to a healthy baby boy named William Frederick Cody. The proud parents, Isaac and Mary, could never have guessed that their son would grow up to be a one of the most famous men in the world!
Join Buffalo Bill Museum Curatorial Assistant Sam Hanna on February 24th to celebrate the amazing life of William F. Cody in honor of his upcoming 177th birthday. Hold onto your hats as we embark on an exclusive adventure to discover little known facts and stories about the scout, Civil War veteran, Wild West visionary, and entrepreneur!
Guests on this Exclusive Tour Curator’s Cut will also get up close and personal with some rarely seen artifacts from our vaults.
At the end of the tour, Sam will bring the group back to the Exclusive Tours Depot for charcuterie, drinks (including adult beverages) and Q & A. As an added birthday bonus, participants will get to enjoy samples of Buffalo Bill’s favorite drinks and treats.
This Exclusive Tour Curator’s Cut experience is $60 per person, and just $55 for Center of the West members.
