Join Exclusive Tours on December 15 at 6 p.m. for an enchanting journey into the historic traditions that have made winter a season of celebration throughout history. This evening of “Western Winter Traditions” invites guests to discover the rich tapestry of customs that have defined this season on the frontier for years.
Exclusive Tours is stepping back in time where the air is crisp, the landscapes are draped in snow, and the echoes of yesteryears linger in the cool breeze. This event first dives into the Cody Firearms Museum’s collections and explores the tradition of gift giving. We then head over to the Plains Indian Museum and Buffalo Bill Museum to discover the resourceful winter festivities of peoples in the American West. Each museum boasts its own special perspective on winter in the West!
Guests at this Exclusive Tours & Toddies get hands on artifacts and discover tales that blend the rugged charm of the Wild West with the festive warmth of the holidays. “Western Winter Traditions” is not just a tour; it’s a chance to experience the magic of winter on the frontier.

After the gallery tours, guests can return to the Exclusive Tours Depot to enjoy custom charcuterie with our sweet “Frontier Truffles,” and toast to the winters of yesteryears with our special “Cranberry Cringle” cocktail.
